Returns & Canncellation Policy

Customer has the right to terminate a monthly subscription at any time without reason by sending email to service@simplymichigan.com requesting the termination in writing with the subject line containing the words "Cancellation Request" followed by the order number from the original purchase.

The termination request is considered accepted if customer receives a confirmation email from SimplyMichigan.com sent to the email address provided during the online purchase.  The termination will be effective by the end of the month if the cancellation notice is received 5 business days prior to renewal or by the end of the following month.

Sorry, we can not provide partial refunds available.

SimplyMichigan.com will not accept advertising from the following:

* Adult oriented Web sites

* Web sites that promote and/or contain violence

* Sites that promote and/or contain material unsuitable for children

* Sites that violate local, state or federal law or advocate such
